At Ironcraft Furniture, we ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of your furniture across Lahore and all over Pakistan. Every order is carefully packed and handled to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

• Shipping: Standard delivery time is 7–14 working days, depending on the product and delivery location. Orders within Lahore are often delivered sooner.
• Returns & Exchanges: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom-Made Furniture: Custom-made items are non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping.

• Metal & Iron: Dust metal and iron surfaces regularly and wipe them with a slightly damp cloth. Always dry the surface afterward to help prevent moisture-related marks or rust.
• General Care: Avoid dragging furniture across the floor. Lift it carefully when moving to protect the furniture joints, legs, and flooring.
