• Shipping: Standard delivery time is 7–14 working days (depending on product & location). For Lahore, delivery is often faster.

• Returns: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.
