• Shipping: Standard delivery time is 7–14 working days, depending on the product and delivery location. Orders within Lahore are often delivered sooner.
• Returns & Exchanges: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom-Made Furniture: Custom-made items are non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping.
